
I'm Lynn Groff, a Registered Dental Hygienist and Yoga instructor. I am able to stay in the game of contorting over dental patients for 35 years because of decades practicing yoga. My two professions are all about details, healing and prevention on and off the mat. As a mom of two boys who grew up on the baseball field (and a few other sports), I witnessed too many young athletes suffer preventable injuries. I've watched other healthcare providers professionals leave practice due repetitive motion injuries. That lit a fire in me and in 2020, I became a Regsitered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). My mission is to bring the practice and prevention yoga offers to youth sports and everyday heros.
Now, I bring Yoga straight to the sidelines or your location, guiding breathwork, balance and body awareness to develop life-long tools for wellness. Whether you're an overworked caregiver, teacher, athlete, grandparent, parent or coach looking to elevate health or your teams game, I'm here to help you stretch, stregthen, and show up better-on the mat, the field and in life.

We are always in training for the next mountain. Every body is different. My goal is to make strength, recovery, and clarity with yoga practice for anyone not just possible ~but attainable. I’m currently pursuing my 500-hour RYT to deepen my knowledge and better serve those who serve others.
